Hyun KOUNNE from Cambridge (USA) and Polly CROUCH from Aberdeen (Scotland) have been with the programme since the beginning of October. Chris FLORESCU (Alwick, UK) took part of the programme as a guest since the 20th of October. Tom FLENGERIS (Toronto, Canada) joined us on the 23rd of October. On the 1st of November, we welcomed Shelagh MacMILLAN from the UK.
Sunday the 1st of December... The first birthday of the White Shark Trust Field Research Assistantship!!! Hip! Hip! Hip! Hooorrrraaaaa! Incredible... one year already!

We observed seven different White Sharks this day! Very nice day!
On Monday the 2nd of December, we again observed seven sharks... only two of these were sharks seen the previous day...

Very nice day, but the wind picked up in the afternoon... Anchored next to Shark Diving Unlimited's boat "Stan", we always get some nice and exciting views! Morne is a star!
Shellagh was handling our seal decoy "Britney"... difficult to see what is coming when the sky is cloudy and the sea is shiny... we lost "Britney" (again)! But we saved her later as she was drifting away in our chum slick...

This is Tom's last day with us before he goes to Mozambique to (hopefully) dive with Whale Sharks...
